In 2012, Karen and Yadu Sankalia started the Pune Farmers’ Market (Visit Facebook Link) the first wholefoods natural market in their hometown Pune.  This has become a runaway success and is now (in 2018) in 8 cities in India.  Farmers’ Markets have been re-branded to Markets by Karen Anand to include more mindfully sourced lifestyle and natural wellness products.
